Fragmented Magnetic Library

Post Fragmented Magnetic Library 
I have a highly fragmented magnetic library - Fragmentation Analysis shows 100 for the maglib/mount point concerned.What's the best way to defragment this library. It contains deduped data and is 8.0 SP4

Post Fragmented Magnetic Library 
doh. I get it... We're looking at Windows fragmentation here - I'm simply going to use the windows defragmentation tools - should be good to go.ta.
