Backup Central

We are running 8.0 and recently started noticing that some of our e-mail attachments are not being backed up. Upon looking at the logs I noticed the following error message:

9756 1eb4 05/24 18:35:46 25296 attachments.cpp:Attachments::backupNormalAttachDataForSIS(593) Failed to get the attachment size.
9756 1eb4 05/24 18:35:46 25296 attachments.cpp:Attachments::backupAttachment(247) Failed to backup attachment data.

See if update 19555 fixes your issue. (fix carried over from update 19326). If not, call into support.
