Please check the windows event logs for any events from VOLSNAP. This issue generally comes up if the amount of free space on the affected volume is too less to contain the VSS snapshot.

Is there any way I can get CV to fail a job if the number of failed files exceeds a certain value?
The issue I have is that CV shows a job as completed successfully if it finishes, even if there are 2.3 million file failures.
Is this configurable?
