MediaAgent OS In Place upgrade
Author Message
Post MediaAgent OS In Place upgrade
I just performed an in place upgrade of my MediaAgent from "Windows Server 2003 std x64 R2 Sp2" to Windows Server 2008 std R2.

Everything worked great.

Only lingering thing is that the CommServe still reports the OS of the MediaAgent as "Windows Server 2003 x64".

Is there any way to have this get updated in the CommServe without having to re-install the MediaAgent ?

Thanks,
-Jon

From memory it's just a single column to fix in the database, probably best to lodge a low priority support call with commvault and ask them for a quick fix for it.
