Post No Resources Available while doing a Auxiliary Copy
So we had CommVault installed two weeks ago and the CommVault Tech who did it set up our Quantum Tape Drive and everything else but did not have us involved when doing so and left so learning online. So I am alittle confused. The Aux Copy has been running everyday at 10:30am so now of course we have 4 full medias and 4 that have some data on it. We have not gotten any Aux Copy Backup for a couple days due to no tapes available? The ones that have some data on it shouldn't it use those tapes for backups? If they are appendable correct? If I select the "Delete Content" to free up a tape what will happen? We do not have any spare media right now, on order...

I am trying to get a good back up this weekend to take offsite. Next week I will be setting up the Aux Copy policy how we want it etc..

Hope this makes since to someone to assist me. Emailed tech but haven't heard back yet. Thanks
