Problem with Download Manager on support site

Post Problem with Download Manager on support site
I'm trying to download a DVD image for V8 Unix. I used to have a choice
whether or not to use Commvault's Download Manager, but can't seem to
bypass it now. The problem I have is that while I have plenty of space
on my target volume, Download Manager insists on writing a copy in
%USERPROFILE%Local SettingsTemp which is on a volume WITHOUT enough
space. Can someone point me to the actual download page so I can bypass it?
