CommVault has CommNet which has more reporting capabilities. I ran a quick report for the past 4 weeks which combines the Fulls + Incrementals for the week. It will give you some predictions as well based on your trends.

Standard reporting can only use data from backups that haven't aged off. I know there is a licensed feature that you buy that can track all of your data from that point onward, aged or not.

It wouldn't be commvault if they didn't nickel and dime you.

I am trying to see if there is any built-in reporting ability within Simpana 8 that would allow me to see how much my data has grown over a certain period of time. I see that there is a way to see data increases of certain percentages, but I'm not seeing how to interpret the data that is generated.

Is there any simple (or not) way to see what my data growth has been?
