It seems to be just cosmetic, but it's annoying when it comes up in reports and it catches my admins' and my own eyes over and over.
I created most schedule policies as a local user to CV. I've since tied CV to Active Directory and deleted most of my local users. Now, I see that when most jobs run, they're started by "bknorr(Deleted,3)" . I've looked at all the details I can find in my scheduled policies in question, but "ownership" or "user created by" don't seem to be anywhere I can find or change.
I've edited some of these schedule policies and saved them, but they retain the original ownership that reflects the deleted user.
