Sure thing I have attached it as a .txt file (I didn't ask but hopefully
your media agent is a Windows server). Change it to .vbs and add it to the
local windows policy as a shutdown script. I almost came to blows with the
tech that manages the windows updates because he kept automatically
rebooting the media agent so this has solved the problem..

Thanks for the reminder though - I know when the new store was created so
now I can go check to see if someone rebooted the media agent for me around
