Snap Backup Error When Running Full Backup

Post Snap Backup Error When Running Full Backup 
I get the below error when i try to run a weekly Friday night full backup. I am running Simpana 9.0.0 Build 84.

Snap Backup cannot run because there is no snapshot copy on the storage policy.

Post Snap Backup Error When Running Full Backup 
You need create snapshot copy on the storage policy, follow the instructions given in the below link and run the snap backup again.

You need to create a snapshot copy on your sp


Right click the sp and create new snap copy

Why would only one out of seven that use the same SP be generating the error. I have seven backups that run on Friday night and they all use the same SP they are just on different clients.

Can you please escalate the ticket with commvault support with client and CS logs?. Provide us the job id that gives this error, we will take a look.

Post Snap Backup Error When Running Full Backup 
I will submit it to Dell's support, it is a Dell version. Do you need all of the affected client and CS logs or just certain ones?

better to pre-empt support's questions - they'll always ask for logs from CommServe, Media Agent and the affected clients, so send the lot otherwise they won't progress any further on the call while waiting for logs...

Can you please escalate the ticket with commvault support with client and CS logs?. Provide us the job id that gives this error, we will take a look.

Why would only one out of seven that use the same SP be generating the error. I have seven backups that run on Friday night and they all use the same SP they are just on different clients.

I get the below error when i try to run a weekly Friday night full backup. I am running Simpana 9.0.0 Build 84.

Snap Backup cannot run because there is no snapshot copy on the storage policy.
