Thank You. Been monitoring the VMware Backups and they are doing what they are suppose to. Just needed a little insight. We were having other issues. CommVault is doing its thing.
Thank You everyone for your replies.

Hi
The snap should get removed. Luke's email asked few more things to check. Is the cs in a vm which you are protecting here?
Thanks

Subject: [commvault] SnapShot Question
Since Support has not gotten back with me or my Boss I will ask here. As I mentioned before we are new to CommVault so still trying to figure a few things out.
Regarding Backup up of VMWare Machines. When it starts backing them up it creates a SnapShot and then removes them when done. When you suspend a Backup Job it looks like it removes them and when you resume it creates another snapshot.
Here is my question what happens to the Snapshots if you kill the job. We have been having issues and last week a lot of our Jobs were killed by Support to fix the issues. Saturday morning and Sunday morning our CommServ shutdown due to Snapshots being to big.
When you Kill a job what happens to the current Snapshots?
Hope this Post makes since to someone. Thank You
