Backup Central

We have just found an issue with deployment on SP4 (from SP3)and duplicate incremental backups on file system Windows 2000/2003 32 bit servers only. The issue is tied to the same day that the SP4 upgrade was completed. We are noticing that the CommServ is getting a failed write to the DB to update at the end of the job and them starts the second job is then started.

Just curious if anyone else has had any issues like this?

I have tried to tie this into media agents, job initiators but so far the only thing I have seen is 2000/2003 32 bit servers and it is not all of them.
