Got an issue here.  Was trying to configure snapprotect with ESXi 5.1.  My proxy machine is a Windows 2008 R2 machine.  The array involved is a CX array with the following info:
Array type: CX4-960Flare version: 04.30.000.5.522Array id:CKM0010202300792EMC Solutions Enabler 7.4.0

Naviagent 6.29.5.0.66Navisphere CLI 7.30.4.75 

Commvault is running CV9 SP7 on the VSA proxy and Commserver. When running a snapprotect backup jobit gives an error message Specified Clariion Id Is Not Known. It is a weird error message since when I put a random entry in the "Name" field in the array management portion in Commcell console it gives a different 

error message which is "Could not determine array id info. Please ensure credentials is correct." We only have 1 CX array and the serial number is the one seen in Navcli and GUI Any help is greatly appreciated
