Hi,
I am looking to move away from a using extended tape rotation on my storage policies and use selective fulls to tape. I would like advice on setting up a storage policy based in the following criteria.
1. Backup to disk. Daily incrementals with a full once a week. Retention 2 weeks.
2. Incrementals backed up to tape daily. Retention 7 days.
3. Weekly fulls backed up to tape. Retention 4 weeks and monthly for one year.
Any advice will be appreciated.
