Backup Central

I've created my package and I'm trying to install. Its failing from a network time out error
I have the follwing ports open for Comm Vault 8400 - 84003 and 8600 - 8605 open, but no where in the docuementation or trianing was I told I need more ports opens

Is there any way to change the communication from 59149 and 3559 to use the 8400?

In 9.0, you need to configure port range on the CS side (from your explanation it looks like your CS is on the protected side of firewall) from GUI before you start client install for such case and correct ports from range will be used.

Once the firewall is configured on the CS, you can specify the type of firewall when creating custom package. Enable the option and provide your firewall configurations
