Hey Guys, Ive just taken over a large CV installation here @ work, and Im getting hit with a few people getting errors while trying to recall emails that have been archived in commvault.
They are getting the error:
CVEAAddIn::OnConnection::Can not load library [\Base\OLOpenMail2003] - systemerror:(126)
We are running CV 7.0. Windows 2003 servers, XP desktops. with the CV add-in for Outlook 2003.
Ive had a look around the net and not seen any info on it.
Has anyone seen this error and knows the cause?
