Windows 2008 64bit with Lotuis Domino 32bit - dual clients o

Post Windows 2008 64bit with Lotuis Domino 32bit - dual clients o
We have a Lotus Domino server that is 32bit running on a Windows 2008 64bit machine. Per CommVault, we installed two seperate clients - one to back up the file level (64bit) information and the other to run the Lotus agent (32bit files).

Once we installed the two (using what it generated as default ports - 8400-8402 for 64bit and 8405-8407 for 32bit) the file-level client communicates correctly and back-ups are running, however the 32bit back-up job for the Lotus Domino databases cannot establih a connection.

Originally we thought this may be a network related issue (this machine sits in a DMZ) allowing communications over ports 8405/8407, but we are configured to allow communications over those ports. It looks like there needs to be something untered in the CommCell console to tell our host to communicate over those ports, but we were not told to change anything during installation and base configuration (did this with CommVault support on-line).

Any ideas from the community?

Please Update the host file on commserver with 32 bit client name.

or you can also create an entry in DNS for 32 Bit client name.
