how to display via command line information about all tapes (these on and off
site).

It is possible via gui so should be able to do via command line to but I have
no idea how to do it.

To make the result of this command accurate, be sure that everytime you
ordered a tape from offsite for file restore, mark the location of that
tape back to 'offsite' as soon as you send it back to offsite. Networker
will override the current location of that tape showing the name of your
jukebox and once you removed it there, it will leave it blank, so when
you run the command, it won't show the location of that tape.

What information do you want to see?

Most information on volumes is available in the media database.
'mminfo' is the command line interface to that data.

It is possible via gui so should be able to do via command line to but I have
no idea how to do it.

I can't tell from your post what you want to do. It's possible that
some of the default reports are what you want.

'mminfo -am'
