LTO4 tape drive displaying red 3?

Post LTO4 tape drive displaying red 3?
Solaris 10
NetWorker Management Console version 3.4.Build.187
based on NetWorker version 7.4.Build.187

Getting an error off an LTO4 tape drive in an SL500 tape library - opening the library door the drive has a red 3 displayed on it.  Does anyone know what this means?  Type of error or otherwise?  And how to fix it?

BTW how are tape drives in an SL500 libray power cycled?

Thanks

Seems at firmware fault.

I have a Qualstar XLS and my documentation for LTO4 SCD codes says a "3"
is a Firmware Problem. That you should collect a drive dump (not take a
new one, just copy the one that is already there) -- and provide it to
your manufacturer who will tell you what to do...

I have no idea about power cycling the drives in an SL500 -- on my
Qualstar, I would go into the web interface and tell it to power off the
drive and then power it back on.
