Legato Networker is showing 3 vol are mismatched with bar codes, means, It is showing as "
1)
Vol barcode
000092 000092
000095 000092

2) showing as vol Unlabled in Devices window, whereas same vol is showing save sets in Media window
Vol barcode
<unlabeled> 000098 in Devices window.

the same is 000098 is showing barcode is 000098 only in media window.

000098 000098

Why this is happening?

Can any one help me out from this issue? it's urgent.....

Nobody can explain why this happened. In general, barcodes can be different from media labels.
I just guess it is possible that someone could import a media with the same barcode from another datazone just if it has a differen label/volid

You can run "nsrim -X" and try to cross-check the media db.
Worst case, you must delete the media from the media db and rescan them.
