Post Networker reports
Hi,

Are there any custom reporting utilities out there that can report on
success/failures/lenght of backups/start times/finish times/daily & weekly
schedules.

I have a complex SAN environment using a STK powderhorn silo. Scheduling
is a problem which leads to tape drive contention. I'm looing for
something that would alow me to know in graphical format, when a backup
can take place as there are enough drives etc available.

There are several commercial products available - have a look at Bocada
BackupReport http://www.bocada.com
or Nsrmgr from Koshume http://www.koshume.com

Or have a look at BackupCentral http://www.backupcentral.com/ for some
free stuff that you may be able to tinker with to meet your needs.

Bob
