dedicated backup LAN
Hello,
Problem:
since we went from Legato 6.2 to 7.1.1. the backup performance of the
clients saved through UNC path is very very slow. After tests and controls
of the HW (switches, NIC for backup and so on) it seems that the HW would
be ready and willing to receive the data from our filer servers but the
network load is really low (1 or 3 % instead of at least 50%). It looks
like the filer cannot send over the data or that windows 2003 has a
problem when several NICs are connected.
Has anyone faced similar issues with a.m. os and Legato version? Any idea
what I still should check?
