How to restore my TSM configure?

Hi all:
I want reinstall my OS(centos4.4) and TSM(tsm 5.3.2). I do the following
steps:
before reinstall OS & TSM:
1.backup /opt/tivoli/tsm/server/bin/dsmserv.opt & devcnfg.out & volhis.out
2.backup db devclass=dbbackupfile type=full (on TSM command line)
3.record information about the dbvol and logvol
4.halt the TSM server

reinstall OS(centos4.4) and TSM.

after reinstall:
1.cp dsmserv.opt & devcnfg.out & volhis.out to /opt/tivoli/tsm/server/bin/
2.dsmfmt -db db1 100
3.dsmserv extend db db1 100 (db1 is the dbvol's name)
4.dsmserv restore db today

than, when I start my TSM,and :
tsm: SERVER1>q vol

why ? All the vol lost~! And all the configure are lost~!

How to fix it?

Please help me ~!

Whereas your new instance of the server is showing the default install
archive and backup storage pool volumes, it appears that your database
restore didn't work, or restored to an unexpected location, or that
your dsmserv.dsk file does not reflect the database volumes. It is
the DEFine DBVolume command which adds the database volume names to
the dsmserv.dsk file.
