Migrating from old server to new server.
Is there anyway to move, copy, or migrate all definitions from old TSM
server to a new TSM server? I want to basically to see if it is possible to
transfer everything over to the new server domains, management classes,
device classes everything.

Migrating from old server to new server.
Take a look at the export commands (and Import if appropriate)
tsm: TSM>help export
EXPORT Commands
EXPORT Commands
Use the EXPORT commands to copy information from a Tivoli Storage Manager
server to sequential removable media.
The following is a list of EXPORT commands for Tivoli Storage Manager:

Migrating from old server to new server.
Hi,
Whenever I have to move or add a server to our ITSM landscape, I use the
enterprise config option. Simply add the new server to the config
manager, activate my sync all important stuff policy (admins, scripts,
domains and all things I want available on all my servers), deactivated
this policy (without deleting the just sync stuff) and put the new ITSM
server in my sync stuff enterprise config manager policy. One place to
update admin passwords, generic scripts and more gooddies.
Regards,
Karel
