Reduced level 2 support

Post Reduced level 2 support 
Hi

Has anyone else noticed a greatly reduced amount of level 2 support?
Placed a sev 2 call the other week and waited 1 week for a level 2
response even after repeated call backs, escalation to duty manager, and
proactive case being raised.

Just want to be sure it was a bad week?
