Hi all


TDP for ERP (SAP), is executed correctly, but sends the error: BKI1224W:
Unable to initialize connection to Administration Assistant.



Question: How can I disable the connection with Administration Assistant ?

This (admin assistant name or IP ) is setup in prole .
Only need to remove it and restart prole

Example on solaris ,

ps -ef | grep prole
root 9056 8521 0 Aug 23 ? 87:34
/opt/tivoli/tsm/tdp_r3/ora64/prole -p tdpr3ora64 <admin_ip> <port>

did you try to comment out the prole entry in the inittab?

1. Are you able to configure TDP correctly ?
2. Which Database you are using to backed up by TDP ?
3. Have you initialized and certified password for TDP access ?

May clearly mention what exactly problem you are facing ?
