Post TSM for ERP 
hello,

we want to backup SAP. Backup starts and stops in space of one second.
How do we have to configure TSM for ERP for backup and restore?

Post TSM for ERP 
You'll want to look in the TSM log for that node, i.e.
/usr/tivoli/tsm/tdp_r3/ora64/*.log to see if anything was updated here.

Or maybe /oracle/SID/sapbackup (if it's AIX).

You don't tend to get messages at the TSM server end, more the TDP side.

Post TSM for ERP 
If running Oracle DB, make sure you can run the backint command in the node machine.

Run the command as the proper user. (su - user)

"backint -p initSID.utl -f inquire"

Read any messages from its output to determine why the fast disconnect

For Oracle DB, you must have backint running properly otherwise all bets are off.
