Post What Class to use
Fellow TSM Admins,

I am stuck in a pickle barrel it would seem. Next week we have IBM partner consultants coming onsite to perform a health check of our TSM environments. In order to accomplish this task they require that a TSM admin account be created on each active server with a privilege class of analyst or (Read only). Problem is that with versions of TSM 6.2(+) there is no more analyst class, and I don't seem to be finding anything that would be a suitable replacement. Am I just missing something obvious? I could just assign them to the Operator class but for me that is like handing them a sledge hammer when all they needed was a hammer.

Thanks much,
Chad Harris

Just register an admin, but don't grant any authority. That will work
as a read-only account
