Hello,

If I understand correctly, rdiff-backup stores chains of deltas under

rdiff-backup-data/increments

I would like to know what's the impact if one file (let's say, x) in
this directory became corrupted. I assume that revisions earlier than
x would become unretrievable?

I guess there are no horror stories regarding this particular problem,
right? ;-)
