maybe it would be a good idea to have the --foo-filelist options
handle the file name "-" in the same way like tar --file does. It
makes tar read from standard input.
This way, it would be easy to have a
--exclude-globbing-filelist-stdin, which is not present in the
current version of rdiff-backup.
I just added --{exclude|include}-globbing-filelist-stdin options (but
left them undocumented since they seem silly to me). If we followed
the tar convention it would upset all the hundreds of users currently
storing their include/exclude lists in files named "-".
