I have two USB-based backup drives at a client's office, both are meant to be used for rsnapshot. I don't want to hit the network for each round of backups to both drives, so what would be a good way to keep these in sync? Would 'unison /media/backup1 /media/backup2' suffice every 6 hours or something, or will that cause the whole structure to be rewritten every time? I would think not but I am unsure. Or does rsnapshot have a better solution?
