Backup Central

I have been running rsnapshot as a limited user on a Ubuntu Linux
release. I am now getting errors related to permission denied when
rsnapshot tires to remove SOME (but not all) files/directories for the
daily.6 directory which then causes the rest of the backup to fail.

Here is the last couple of lines from the output

It is running under the elmills user. Based on the results above it
indicates that the files are read only for the scrabble.xls. How did
this happend/how can i prevent it from happening?
