Hello,
I'm new to this list and also new to rsnapshot. I just installed and configured it on my NSLU2
running unslung-5-5. The NSLU2 exports some directories to a Mac running OS X.4.3 via NFS.
Rsnapshot is configured to backup some (not all) exported directories. The configuration is that
once a day and once a week a backup is made.
The first daily backup is okay. It is like I expected a full backup. This seems logical to me. But
the next daily backup is also a full backup (I compared the directory sizes of both backup
directories daily.0 and daily.1 and they are identical). This morning the third daily backup was
ongoing and from the actual directory size it also seemed to be a full backup.
Now I'm wondering what is wrong? I definitely know that I only deleted one directory from a
directory which is in the backup yesterday. No other changes. Does this lead to a full backup this
morning?
Could it be that I made an error in the rsnapshot.conf file?
Any hints appreciated.
