You can connect either using the rsync protocol directly, or using rsync
via ssh. In the latter case, you do *not* need to run an rsync daemon.
I know this doesnt work, but something along the lines of:
backup rsync://SvcwRsync < at > ipaddress/c/ BackupLocation/c
instead of rsync://... use username < at > host:what_to_backup
You will also need to do the ssh keys dance. There's some excellent
