 Change Volume Pools
Nope, can't change that for assigned tapes. If you really want them there, you'll probably be best off running bpduplicate's and then expiring the old copies.

Is there a way to change an assigned media's volume pool? My year end
jobs were put in the Offsite 1 year pool and I would prefer they go in
the Offsite 5 year pool. It not a big deal but I would prefer it be
organized this way. Hindsight is 20/20.
