Hi all, I just want to confirm that our drives are compressing data on
our backups.
We are using NetBackup 4.5 and all of our media servers are HP-UX, and
we use the BESTnb with the passthrough drivers to configure the tapes.
The media manager guide talks about the Berkley style, the BEST and the
passthrough drivers, but it doesn't specifically say anything about
drive compression.
Anyone know how I can verify if the drive is set to do compression?
