I am upgrading our AIX master server from 5.1 AIX to 5.2 to accommodate
some new EMC Virtual tape/disk. Because there is a known compatibility
issue with FP5 and AIX 5.2 I need to upgrade Veritas. Any recommendations?
FP6, FP7 or FP8?
Current Environment
AIX master which I am upgrading to AIX 5.2.
L700 Library with 10-9840b tape drives.
FP5 Master server.
6 - FP3 Windows Media Servers.
Vaulting environment.
150 Windows clients.
Master server, robot, Media servers and tape drives are on a dedicated
Veritas SAN.
