IBM TS3500/SL8500 Query (and Redundant bots in general)

Post IBM TS3500/SL8500 Query (and Redundant bots in general)
Hi,

I have been researching IBM TS3500 robots and you can include an
option for redundant bots, such that when one dies, the good one
pushes the dead one to the service bay.

With Oracle robots (SL8500s) usually this works; however, there have
been instances where the robot arm can get stuck in front of a tape
drive pulling or putting a tape in the drive. The other robot cannot
push the one that is stuck out of the way because its jammed between
the tape/drive/plastic bezel. While this is rare, it does happen.

Has anyone had anything like that happen to them with an IBM TS3500
(or other robots with redundant robotic arms)?

Justin.
