 Iorn Mountain Vault Intergration
I have it working, with a minor annoyance.
You need to contact Iron Mountain to get set up with an FTP account. It took
me days to find the correct person it is not widely known within Iron
Mountain how this is set up.
Be sure that you have filled in the correct Vault Vendor and Customer Number
in the Profile, then, on the profile's "Report" tab, set a path for the FTP
File.
When the vault profile runs, a text file is generated. You FTP the file to
Iron Mountain, and within a few minutes, get confirmation emails. Load your
tapes into Open Media Containers and IM will be expecting your tapes. They
will also return your tapes to you.
To confirm the validity of your ftp files, or to reschedule your service,
you use SecureSync.

Has anyone tried to use the feature of intergrating NetBackup with Iorn
Mountain? I remember that it was a big "new feature" for Veritas in v4.5 but
I can't seem to find much info on how to set it up.
