Backup Central

hi guys,

I have this netbackup server with.....Netbackup 7.0.1 running on it

Also i have this exchange server that backs up to it, it has a policy that
backs up the Microsoft information store/*

The name of the exchange server is abp-dc2-scr also running Netbackup
7.0.1 client.

There are 14 storage group boxes in this information store.

After incremental backups some of the storage group backup complete
successful with a status code 0 while about 5 completes partially
successful with a status code 1.

When i check the detail status view this is the error i get.

"Error bpbrm [Pid = 9052] from client abp-dc2-scr. ERR - Failure reading
File : Microsoft Information Store \SGA2 \ log files (BEDS 0xE000FEA9 :
The Backup Exec data store encountered a problem during the operation. See
the job log for details"

The requested operation was partially successful(1)


So guys, has anyone had this kind of problem with backing up storage groups.

Have you looked at the ESE app event log messages to see if they give you more detail on the problem?
