600-700MB/s with 10Gbe CMT card.....

Running three STK T10ks like a scalded cat.....

Regardless of cost, I have a similar setup with a T2000 and 10Gbe.

Can you tell me about any system tweaks, in particular TCP ?

Are you using jumbo frames for example ?

normal NBU tuning

having fast clients helps a lot!!
