I am new to NetBackup, so forgive me if this question seems ridiculous.
But....I am trying to determine the best method for determining which
media was written to for each policy. I cannot seem to locate it in the
logs. Thanks.

You realize that any one tape can have data from multiple policies?
Multiple concurrent policies writing to a medium, if multiplexing is
enabled!

The bpimagelist has the information you require: the IMAGE records
contain the policy and the FRAG records contain the media.
