Job defaults to 'HOLD' Status

I have Arcserve 9.0 Build 9052 running on Windows 2003 Server

It has worked fine for a number of years, now when the job runs, it backsup a few files on the C: drive of the main server, and then returns to 'Hold'

I've tried creating a new job, etc etc

Nothing works. Any ideas?
