exclude files in subfolder of subfolders

Hi,

Is it possible in express 6 to exclude a file of files or folders in a sub folder of a subfolder.

So for instance how can I exclude by using a filter c:windows$uninstall123, $uninstall456, etc, etc?

In backup exec we used to use ** or ***, but that does not seem to work in DP
